Choose your own adventure!
Today was a choose-your-own adventure hike. Ended up being my longest one ever by over a mile and a half. Had to start trail running towards the end to make it back before dark considering I had no clue how far I was from the cabin. Nearly 800 ft. The elevation gain in almost 8 miles. Saw 15 deer and 1 squirrel. I realized I really miss trail running and need to get back to it.
Oh, and this was after paddle boats and swimming in the afternoon.

Quick escape
Took Steven and the two littles to lake Ft Smith for the weekend. They abstained from my hike so I had the nature to myself. Kept coming up on the same deer who apparently thought it was hiding from me. One of my favorite happy places.

Recent Interview
So I recently took part in a show/podcast. I got a chance to discuss my autism/PDA, my business, and issues related to neurodiverse couples. While these aren't always the easiest for me to do, I enjoy the opportunity to talk about some of my focused interests.
