Steven's birthday

 Happy birthday to my partner in crime! He is celebrating this week by starting back classes of his own to work towards his administration certification. He apparently enjoys some stress as well.

Thanks for helping me to keep sane amongst the crazies we call kids. Happy birthday, we love you!

Ridlee's 8th birthday

 Eight years old today! And she actually loves that she's going back to school today. I couldn't tell what she was more excited about last night, her birthday or school. She's still teaching us day by day. I've learned more about myself these last eight years than I have in the 30+ years prior because of her. Her imagination is one of marvel. Her love of care bears and my little pony is beyond what mine was in the 80s and that's saying a lot. She let me carry her around a lot yesterday and still loves to cuddle and snuggle. I wish I was half as cool as her. Happy birthday Ridlee Evangeline! We love you!
