Proud of these two kiddos running in the gold rush 5k tonight. Heston has ran in three-run club practices and managed to get under 30 minutes with his dad trailing him by a minute or so. Ridlee hasn't ran at all and just does her daily jumping on her trampoline and ran with me at 40 minutes. #hestonsutter #ridleeevangeline
