Today is a bare minimum kind of day. Minimum demands, makeup, social, and physical output. I'm tired as usual, and I need these on a regular basis. Next week is overwhelming with normal sessions, training(s) x2, doctor's appointments x2, networking events, and school 5ks. Days like this are considered tapering days, much like those associated with a big race. The goal is to get as much rest in so you're as refreshed as you can be before the big race. Ideally, I'd like about five of them but I'll take what I can get.
