XC Regionals

No pictures to post, because well... lots of cold rain. Kieran and Ryker ran Regional's at Rogers today. Kieran ran a 23:28 with a 5th place finish. Ryker ran just over 17 and finished right after they told everyone to load up and leave due to lightning, postponing the rest of the races. Kieran runs State in two Saturday's. I admire both of their grit and determination today, as it was not good conditions... at all! I was just watching under an umbrella and I was done. Steven had to take Ridlee back to the Doctor due to fever again, so keep her in your prayers that she will be on the mend soon.
