Retreats, races, and ick!

This year's women's retreat was a little later than usual, but right at peak for fall trees. It was gorgeous and I had a great time. When I got home I came down with a cold that turned slightly to bronchitis and then full blown sinus infection which required antibiotics. I had a race registered during all this and although I felt crappy I was relieved I didn't sign up for a half like I originally planned. Instead it was just a 10k.
