Christmas

Well it's Christmas day and it's been a very nice one so far. Yesterday after church I finally got around to taking our at "official" at home Christmas Family pics. Taking advantage of my new camera which has a delay timer on it, I took one of us all on the ottoman in front of the Christmas tree. I believe it turned out really well. Gage and Kieran actually sat real still and smiled like they were supposed to. Yesterday I also finished another yearly tradition of ours and made a Happy Birthday Jesus birthday cake. I decorated my first cake using the tips Steven bought me. I thought it didn't look too bad for it being my first.

We did our present opening today after the kids played with what Santa brought. One thing about getting your shopping done early is you forget what you buy and I believe we bought too much. The kids didn't know what to play with, lol. Ryker was pooped and went back to sleep right after and slept for a couple of hours. After that I cooked our yearly lasagne, which was awesome. I made Steven his Cinnabon apple pie and me and the kids ate the birthday cake we made. Now everyone is resting and I am stuffed.
