Gage's birthday!

 How do I have a 23 year old? 

It's interesting watching your children turn into adults. You never really get used to it. 

Gage Kitchens is settling into his own groove. He's blessed to have horrible insomnia like his mother so he was able to get the earliest birthday text and be wide awake for it. He also appears to like his alone time like his mother. 

His creativity continues to evolve.

He's developed quite the talent for making music digitally and would have fit right in during the 80s Tron era. 

He enjoys being a Gunkle and making Rowan laugh. 

His Scottish/Irish roots came out heavily in the past year with his super red beard, which seems to suit him.

Happy Birthday Ryker!

 Ryker is 17 today! My eye of the storm child. Calm but debating. Thoughtful and quiet. He's super smart and puts me and maybe even his dad to shame. He's doing esports this year and taking mostly college classes, including two of his dad's. I had a dream he cut his hair and I cried. But he's very protective over it so that's unlikely. 

Hard to believe he's a year from being an adult.
