Turkey Trot

 This guy and I ran the turkey trot this morning, both getting 2nd in our age division. And yes he beat me by a couple of minutes and had only run once since the last race. He used to tell me he'd never run a race. He lied. Oh well, he's doing most of the cooking today.

Here we are at home and he gets onto Ridlee for playing with the TV. She yells out "activate daddy not here power". This is him laughing and hugging her after she said it.

Nerd Tree

 Our nerd tree gets nerdier every year!

Engagement!

 Looks like I'm allowed to make the official announcement. We will be welcoming a son into our family next year. Although he's been for a better part of the last three years. But Carson and Kieran are officially engaged now.

Kieran's acceptance

 She's had her mind made up for awhile but today she got her formal acceptance. She will be starting as a sophomore. #kieranaveryrayne #jbuaccepted
