Play therapy training and more!

Today I got to coordinate a PESI training. This is my first time coordinating and I had to be there at 6:30 a.m.  It went well and the training was great. I love these types of training's! Here are some of the highlights. 

I recently got an addition for one of my play offices, probably the one in Bentonville since it's needing more toys. And I also got Ridlee some new books, including a Chemistry one she really likes her Chemist dad to read her.

11 years!

11 years since this picture was taken as part of the Backwood's Betties team. In the 5 years I played Rollerderby I played on a total of 5 teams for NWA (2 All-Star/travel teams). The Betties had an interesting style to say the least. It was a super fun period in my life and one I so badly miss. I just couldn't fit it in at this point in my life. My last bout was 7 years ago, right after Heston was born. I am so glad I am still in contact with most of these ladies. They have all gone on to do amazing things. I miss skating for sure. Been thinking about picking up adult skate again, but it's on my Thursday/evening long work night. But I miss it. 

Bob Seger!!

Another amazing concert and bucket list check off! Went with my mom and sister to Dallas to watch Bob Seger. My parents are huge fans, so in essence we grew up being fans too. My mom and her best friend tried to get tickets back in the early 80s and couldn't and have regretted it since. So she got a chance to go see him. She will also go see him again in Missouri with the same friend she missed out with. The shirts we got were the last ones of that type at this concert. We scored big!  I am sure they will make more for others. We also get to go see Santana in April!!
