Almost afraid to jinx it...

If every summer was like this one, I would absolutely consider it my favorite season. 70's in July... I will not complain! Gage went to church camp last week and I was so envious because I never went to camp when it was this nice. 

Gage and Kieran just went to a swimming party for the first time this summer and I even wonder if it's hot enough to get in the cold water. It's freaking July!! And August is right around the corner. Which means my birthday and my 15th Anniversary. 34 and 15! That's crazy, I don't feel that old. 

I haven't update on my weight loss in awhile but it is still coming along. I have officially lost all baby weight plus 2 pounds which makes 18 pounds total since I evened out after baby was born. I gained quite a bit more that that. I am still going though. So far it's not been extremely painful on WW while nursing. Plus I have been getting a lot of exercise points each week. I don't remember the last time I didn't feel sore from something. This week I started back with the Insanity. Not doing the program, just incorporating them occasionally with my other stuff. 

Tomorrow the fam and I are heading off to Alva, AR to A-Z to do some shopping. We try to go once a year. Hoping it doesn't get hot all the sudden.

Ridlee's first attempt at food

Well kinda. She had a taste of avocado one day but that was it. We couldn't find a decent avocado at the store this week, so instead got a sweet potato and mixed it with breastmilk. She definitely has issues with the overall texture. I don't remember Heston having those issues. Because of this we are easing in slowly. We will probably wait a few days before we try again.

 

Look who is 6 months old!

Time has been flying by with little lady here. Far too fast. She went to Oklahoma for the first time to see Steven's parents and his grandma yesterday. We only stayed for the day and came back that night. She did well on the drive down there and half of the way back. But the rest wasn't so pleasant and I was a wreck knowing she wanted out and I couldn't do nothing for her. We found out the majority of the reason she hated car rides because she needed a weighted blanket on her. But this part was just being in the car too long and wanting her mamma. I took a 4 day weekend due to the holiday. It's been the longest break I have had in months. I have officially lost all baby weight. Lost 16 pounds since May alone. I am still going though since the program is pretty easy to follow and I would like to get back to where I am happiest. I have no time limit. Just taking it as it comes.

Still hard to believe my baby is 6 months old! She had her first food today. Sweet potatoes made with breastmilk. She definitely struggled with the texture but ended up like it ok. But we didn't push it and give her much.

We did the big fireworks last night at the Arvest ballpark to try and avoid the big crowd from tonight.
