WW 4 point no bake cheesecake
+
+
1.5 cups of 1% milk
beat until thick and creamy.
Pour into...

Easy Awesomeness!
It's been my go to dessert for awhile. I sometimes mix in a teaspoon of sugar just to sweeten it a bit. It doesn't add much to points considering it's 1 tsp per whole pie.
4 pts for an 8 piece pie
5 pts for a 6-7 piece pie
Enjoy!
My summer bucket list!
Why not?
1. Finally get my LPC. Sending in my stuff this week.
2. Get my first manicure and pedicure. Yes, I have never had one done in a salon or by anyone besides myself.
3. Finally decide on a hair style and get a cut, nothing short but somewhat of a change to go along with a much needed trim.
4. Lose 10 pounds. Lost 12 so far since trying.
5. Take at least one overnight trip with the family somewhere. Sadly this will be the hardest thing to accomplish.
6. Survive sending Gage to his first church camp. The same one I went to as a kid. Ok, I take it back this will be the hardest. He is 11 but has not been away from me for over 48 hours.
7. Read my other 2 Frank Peretti Books in his Darkness series as well as the final 2 books of the Hunger Games.
8. Have a great summer.
Note these are not typical summer accomplishments! :)

Kieran's 2nd grade talent show...

Busy, in typical fashion...
Life is showing no signs of slowing down anytime soon. Maybe when I retire. At this time I could use some prayers as I am in the process of lining up a big project with some great ladies to combine my practice to make a small group practice, where I would strictly be working with children and adolescents. My contract stuff is also growing significantly, which is awesome. I am scaling back on the school based, one reason being school is almost out but another being I need to make room for my other stuff.
This next week is going to be killer. I am seeing all my school kiddos, being it's the last week of school, seeing all my contract and private clients, and some how squeezing in meetings, awards assemblies, Heston's 6 months Dr. appt., and a talent show. My head is spinning and my calendar is too full to even write anything else.
If I can just make it to next week I can breathe... a little.
